I'm a fan Look, it's not heavy-cream ice cream. It's not even medium calorie ice cream (like halo top). But it's super good for you and tastes amazing - I love getting my prebiotic fiber (Inulin) from the product and it is creamy and tastes sweet. The calories can not be beat and you have multiple food allergies, it's a god send. Company wise, they have amazing customer service and respond to every question or request.

Obsessed with Wink Obsessed with Wink, I eat 1/2-3/4 pint/night. I never get tired of it (but would love a new flavor -maybe banana?), it doesn't hurt any of my allergies or sesnitivies, and my son is safe around it as well (he has significant nut allergies). Thank you for your amazing product!!

I have ordered another twelve-pack assortment of ice cream I have ordered, and received, two shipments of your product, and have enjoyed them. However, after having done business with you for several months, I have been willing to tolerate the slow deliveries for a chance to enjoy your ice cream products, until.... You seem to have adopted a policy of "no PO Box numbers" in spite of my having done business with you repeatedly. If it is that much trouble for you, perhaps I should just cancel my current order of a 12-pack assortment.

Good product, unreliable shipping I love the product, but have lately received it half melted (directly from the delivery truck, and not left unattended). Unreliable shipping times also make it hard to plan to be home for the delivery. Sometimes orders are shipped within 2 business days, and others are shipped 5-6 business days. For example, an order placed on a Monday is sometimes shipped that Wednesday, other times not until the next week. Better communication would help this.

Free of everything, including taste. I purchased the 12 pints so I could try each flavor. I have to say that I’m not impressed. I love that an entire pint is only about 4 net carbs, but the flavor is definitely not as I hoped. Sadly, I won’t be purchasing more. I guess my quest for the perfect Keto friendly dessert continues. 😞 **Update: per their satisfaction guarantee, Wink promptly refunded the cost of items purchased. Unfortunately, the product wasn’t to my liking, but their customer service is stellar.
