THE best vegan & natural "ice cream" THE best frozen dessert for those wanting something natural, sugar-free, dairy-free and delicious! I've tried them all and this is THE ONE! Love all the variety of flavors, the creamy texture, sweetness just right and from stevia & monkfruit! Perfection in a frozen treat!

Good product, unreliable shipping I love the product, but have lately received it half melted (directly from the delivery truck, and not left unattended). Unreliable shipping times also make it hard to plan to be home for the delivery. Sometimes orders are shipped within 2 business days, and others are shipped 5-6 business days. For example, an order placed on a Monday is sometimes shipped that Wednesday, other times not until the next week. Better communication would help this.

Inedible! Dairy free, Sugarless icecream is a nice notion for someone with my dietary needs but this icecream was disgusting and a waste of $41.00! Tasted awful and with the first ingredient that's listed being water, there's no wonder! Should really consider using almond or coconut milk for real flavor.

Good Product, Bad Promos Like the product although the flavors never really taste like what they're supposed to...they all pretty much taste similar. Also, the email promotions and reward program can never be used for pack savings which it never states and has wasted my time repeatedly.

I’m so appreciative that this exists I’m so appreciative that this exists! My diet is extremely restricted due to chronic health issues., I eat a pint a day and it gives me no gastric distress. Personally I love the cocoa dough and vanilla bean flavors best. I put it in the fridge for a while to soften, or with less time available, defrost at lowest weight for 30-40 seconds. Always arrives cold. Customer service is great!
