GBThey made a “spelling mistake” when… They made a “spelling mistake” when they sent papers for DBA. They did send “corrected version”. Now, I am waiting for return of “filed paperwork” from my county.

GBI ordered companies closing in August… I ordered companies closing in August 2023, company still not closed. I emailed a lot of times to BizFillings, asking and reminding to finish finally closing, answer was: we are working on problem. This is latest answer from BizFillings: Dear Ingrida, Thank you for following up with me. To confirm, we submitted your filing to NJ on 8/7. At this point, the state is in control of all remaining processing. You previously provided the clearances to me, and it is up to the NJ state department to review and apply the necessary clearances to your record and accept the dissolution. I’m sorry that the state is still processing (I checked the records today, and the state still shows this dissolution as pending). In the past, we have seen NJ take as long as a year to apply clearances properly. There is nothing else we can do at this point as everything is in the state’s hands. We will continue to monitor the state records and notify you once they have updated your company’s status accordingly. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
