I switched this for my regular matcha and have 1-2 cups a day as recommended. It's only been 2 weeks but I do feel a clean energy when i drink it, and it seems to improve my focus and mental clarity a bit. It tastes delicious and fresh without any weird mushroom taste. I recommend!

But when i started drinking mushroom matcha i noticed my bowels got regular, no feeling jittery and i don't get bloated. My husband said that i looked blooming i noticed my skin looks soft and also i lose weight with exercise of course. The customer service is awesome. They reply quick when you have concern or question. Since there is on sale going on i order twice for my family. The only bad reaction drinking matcha for me is I'm getting phlegm after drinking and its not cheap to buy! But other than that my whole experienced with RYZE is awesome .

Yummy! Yum!!! As an avid coffee drinker for 40+ years, I was curious about all the benefits and the accolades I was reading about Ryze, but a bit concerned about the flavor. I have been pleasantly surprised! I now start my day with a delicious latte with a little added cinnamon and honey. Midday, my daughter ,(whom I'm lucky enough to work from home with a few days a week) meet to treat ourselves for another hot or iced Ryze latte. We're both happy converts! Now, we have a delicious treat that's ingredients provide so many added benefits!
