It is delicious and creamy ( I make mine with soy milk) and chocolatey! It helps me get right to sleep and wake up rested. I love the taste and the benefits of natural adaptogens.

But when i started drinking mushroom matcha i noticed my bowels got regular, no feeling jittery and i don't get bloated. My husband said that i looked blooming i noticed my skin looks soft and also i lose weight with exercise of course. The customer service is awesome. They reply quick when you have concern or question. Since there is on sale going on i order twice for my family.
