RYZE=Healthy morning routine Healthy morning routine Although I still drink a cup of regular coffee, first thing in the morning. My second “coffee” of the day is Ryze! I love the health benefits of the mushrooms. In the beginning I decided that no matter the taste, I would give it two weeks. Although many love the taste from day one, it took me a couple of weeks get there and now I looked forward to it and consider it a staple in my health regiment. I had also tried other mushroom coffee brands out there, and in my opinion, RYZE is the absolute best in taste and ingredients. Sometimes for an afternoon pick me up m, I will mix it in some almond milk and ice. Super delicious! Using a frother will mix it thoroughly and make a huge difference.

It is delicious and creamy ( I make mine with soy milk) and chocolatey! It helps me get right to sleep and wake up rested. I love the taste and the benefits of natural adaptogens.

Yummy! Yum!!! As an avid coffee drinker for 40+ years, I was curious about all the benefits and the accolades I was reading about Ryze, but a bit concerned about the flavor. I have been pleasantly surprised! I now start my day with a delicious latte with a little added cinnamon and honey.
