GBDelicious and Great Customer Service I bought a big bag of their blueberry coffee as a christmas present, and I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time. I wrote a note on my order just in case, and I got an email response saying they'd prioritize it! I wasn't expecting that, but it was a pleasant surprise. Their coffee is delicious, too, of course!

GBAmazing coffee website unfriendly The coffe is amazing. I give that 5 stars. Jury is still out on my opinion of customer service and efficiency of the website. I have just submitted some valid questions about managing my monthly subscriptions for the coffee club and am waiting for a reply. From what I can tell from searching the website, I can not find an option to switch products, switch frequency of delivery, change or update method of payment, or cancel and remove myself as a club member.
