Great customer service There was initially a mistake on my order, I had ordered ground espresso and received whole bean, when I reached out to customer service, Rita was very nice and helpful and corrected the order quickly. I very much enjoyed the coffee and will order again.

I moved from California to the East… I moved from California to the East coast. Cant find great coffee here. So, since I know the quality and flavorful coffee of Vanelis, I decided to order my coffee from their brewery in Rocklin. The delivery of the coffee took a while, but it was worth the wait. The coffee smells rich and inviting, and tastes heavenly as well. So I will continue to order my coffee from Vanelis.

Great espresso! Quick delivery, packaged well, excellent coffee! I bought the Espresso Forte. Several years ago I went in to the Vaneli's store and tried out several of their espressos, I liked the Forte the best but it was hard for me to stop by and pick it up all the time so I ended up buying other coffees. I decided to try getting it delivered and am glad that I did! Full, rich flavor with chocolate overtones, lots of crema! I'm glad to be back!

Excellent And A Pleasure. I am very impressed with the customer service. I had a question about a rare book that they were selling. While the representative didn’t have the answer, she assured me that she would find out and call me back as soon as possible. Within 5 minutes I had my answer and I placed the order. The book arrived earlier than expected, well packaged and in perfect condition. I’m looking forward to ordering more things from them. Bravo!

Bad customer service. I had high hopes for this company. I received a defected item and was very patient and provided photos of proof and the non- qualify manager brushed it off and wouldn’t send me out a replacement. I can’t support or give a good review on this level of customer service.
