I love the variety of single-origin beans that are available and I do try various and sundry others and enjoy them. I recently got hooked on the honey-processed beans and those are also delicious.

Decades ago I found Ethiopian coffee Decades ago I found that Ethiopian coffee was the best coffee for me. It did not have the latent bitterness that some other coffees have. Unfortunately the store stopped selling them. I asked why and they said the coffee wasn't being grown on the hills of Ethiopia any longer. Now, after all these years I find Volcanica on-line and see that you sell Ethiopian coffee so I gave it a try and loved it again after all these years.
