Coffee vs Brewing So far my experience with the dark roast coffee is limited. I'm still trying to find the best grinder setting, etc. I use a Nespresso machine and make my own coffee pods. Each pod is coded for the brewing time and it makes any coffee I use a learning experience. So, while the coffee may be 1st rate, how the user brews it will have a tremendous impact.

Decades ago I found Ethiopian coffee Decades ago I found that Ethiopian coffee was the best coffee for me. It did not have the latent bitterness that some other coffees have. Unfortunately the store stopped selling them. I asked why and they said the coffee wasn't being grown on the hills of Ethiopia any longer. Now, after all these years I find Volcanica on-line and see that you sell Ethiopian coffee so I gave it a try and loved it again after all these years.
