Coffee vs Brewing So far my experience with the dark roast coffee is limited. I'm still trying to find the best grinder setting, etc. I use a Nespresso machine and make my own coffee pods. Each pod is coded for the brewing time and it makes any coffee I use a learning experience. So, while the coffee may be 1st rate, how the user brews it will have a tremendous impact.

I am really hooked on the El Salvador… I am really hooked on the El Salvador single-origin. The coffee is always fresh and delivered very quickly. I love the variety of single-origin beans that are available and I do try various and sundry others and enjoy them. I recently got hooked on the honey-processed beans and those are also delicious.

Finally located an excellent selection… Finally located an excellent selection of super low acid coffee beans. Once I get a handle on how long a bag lasts I will experiment blending the beans. This is fun!
