Never lets me down It's not called Best grocery for nothing. I've been shopping from them for a few years now and there is always good availability, fast delivery and most often the cheapest prices compared to other online sites selling Turkish products. Customer service has always been very good too.

Ordered 10 Turkish Pide Ordered 10 Turkish Pide , so so disappointed. Arrived soggy from burst cooling pouches and what weren’t destroyed were very thin , old and leathery. Nothing like I used to buy when I had Turkish food stores local to me when I lived in London

Great products and service I have made several purchases from this store. Great products, customer service is very good too. If would be great products were more described as to how to prepare them, like for example my favourite Tarhana soup - it would be great if product describtion featured some kind recipe or how to prepare it? There are many products on their site which are unknown to me and I would like to try them but not sure how to consume them and how to prepare them. Thank you.

Great experience,happy to shop again Great experience,happy to shop again! % 15 discount whaveas encouraging too.I received all the products that I ordered in 2 days,well wrapped to prevent leakage, supported with ice packs and bubble wrapped for the jars.(But they can be more environmentally friendly)They were all fresh qnd good quality. The simit ring were the family favourites. We tried the Turkish pizza,all well loved. I just expected to see the delivery day/time before I completed the transaction or tge order confirmation. However,DHL contacted with a message about the delivery and kept it updated. I believe it improves next time. Thanks M.Atabek
