GBFrustrating and very disappointing company This is to share our experience to all that this Sir Jason Winters Tea Company is very very poor in service. We ordered Tea items worth 503 plus a priority mail cost of $53.97 it was dated 4/18/24 and did not received it till now. We tried to follow up on the said items but all the staffs that we speak with are all not helpful and don’t know what they’re doing. They left us hanging not knowing what happened to the products that we have ordered. Frustrating and disappointing!!!!!!!!!

GBLet's have a really nice cup of tea!! Placed my order on September 29th and received it October 4th. I had trouble changing my ship to address on this order, contacted them and they got it corrected immediately. Hadn't ordered Sir Jason tea in a long time and was really looking forward to receiving it. Was so pleased to have a really nice cup of tea and healthy for me too.

AUExcellent customer service I am very pleased with Sir Jason Winters customer service experience. I received my three Chapparal Teas containers on time! Considering I live in Melbourne Australia ! I will be ordering more products especially the pre brewed Sage Tea containers in 4oz. I highly recommend this company!
