Great coffee and easy delivery Ordered several types of coffee from 60beans and received them all within a few days, well packaged. Happy with the selection and being able to compare the beans across different brands.

2 weeks instead of 2-4 days Terrible service, it took 2 weeks and 2 emails to customer support to get my coffee while the website stated 2-4 days delivery time. Customer support was also of no help: they replied pretty much the same thing to both of my emails, that is they have no idea where my order is. Only 10 days after I placed my order did I receive a confirmation that it was being processed by the roastery. Really disappointing because the website looked quite promising. All in all, not worth the trouble for something as simple as coffee delivery so I won't be using the service again.

Best Place for finding good coffee I was waiting for a platform like this; since I spend more time in the home office, one thing I missed is the excellent coffee places in Berlin Mitte. But with 60beans, I can now easily buy my specialty coffee online and even try new beans from roasters farther away—cycle roasters as an example I can highly recommend.
