Beware: They Charge Very High Fees I would like to caution others about StartGlobal due to an unsatisfactory experience related to the creation and management of my LLC. The fees charged by this company are significantly high. For instance, they charge $247 for the annual report, whereas doing it yourself would only cost $60. They require substantial payments even if your LLC does not generate any revenue.

Efficient, professional and trustworthy. After watching their YouTube videos while researching how to form an LLC in the US, I decided to take a chance and form my LLC through StartGlobal. Once my application was completed and submitted, I only had to wait a day or less before I received a certificate of incorporation! I was most pleased and impressed with the StartGlobal team's efficiency and professionalism in delivery. Now, the wait was for the EIN. Due to the IRS's ongoing shutdown, there were delays in some of the IRS services so I had to wait a little bit longer for the Tax ID.
