Efficient, professional and trustworthy. After watching their YouTube videos while researching how to form an LLC in the US, I decided to take a chance and form my LLC through StartGlobal. Once my application was completed and submitted, I only had to wait a day or less before I received a certificate of incorporation! I was most pleased and impressed with the StartGlobal team's efficiency and professionalism in delivery. Now, the wait was for the EIN. Due to the IRS's ongoing shutdown, there were delays in some of the IRS services so I had to wait a little bit longer for the Tax ID. Upon inquiry, the StartGlobal Support was absolutely forthcoming and transparent, and I really appreciate that about them. Many thanks to Dee who was attending to me. At the end of it all, I took a good chance that turned out to be a success by choosing to form my LLC with StartGlobal! Keep up the good work StartGlobal!

Beware: They Charge Very High Fees I would like to caution others about StartGlobal due to an unsatisfactory experience related to the creation and management of my LLC. The fees charged by this company are significantly high. For instance, they charge $247 for the annual report, whereas doing it yourself would only cost $60. They require substantial payments even if your LLC does not generate any revenue.

Avoid this company for your own sanity Avoid this company. The portal is virtually unusable. I get emails to pay fees. I don't know why I am paying them or what they are for. There is no information, no support. My company is not trading but I am paying money for I don't know what. Has been a terrible and expensive experience. Now I need to work out how to wind up the company through this hideous terrible website.

I was able to register my company from South Africa, received my EIN from IRS and setup a bank account all in just over 3 weeks. the portal was easy to navigate and use and all the instruction and information required was clear. Within a few days i had a postal address and contact numbers. This process was super easy and simple. I am really impressed with the service.
