very bad mate very bad mate, the quality is just not here. I’m in the process of curarlo but I can see mold growing even though I have been very careful, drying it every day. the water seems to get through the leather, the top part always seems to stay wet and the base of it is not solid at all, made of some flexible material and can’t stand straight. Overall disappointed.

Best Customer Service of my Life Best customer service I have received in my entire life (no exaggeration). Had a really minor mix-up with an order and they sent me a large bag of my favorite brand of mate in a flavor I hadn't tried free of charge + an extra of a product I purchased. Also the shipping was super fast and free even in these turbulent times. I recommend anyone wanting to get well-priced supplies/mate here. The lesser-known brands are also worth a try and they sell mate that's edible for food purposes which is rare. 10/10 overall. Will definitely purchase from them again
