My go-to then was great espresso, and we bonded over love of the bean. I quickly realized his coffee knowledge far exceeded mine, and the pourovers he brewed from his own roasting efforts blew my socks off. His generosity of spirit and passion for sharing knowledge & great coffee experiences is truly admirable. And a lot of fun! I’m a longtime coffee lover, and I’ve been a customer of Trinity CBC ever since he started bagging & selling his roasts to a small group of fellow enthusiasts. Paul & Trinity have earned my absolute customer loyalty with the epic consistency of their top-quality, ethically-sourced coffee beans. I’ve turned on at least 5 or 6 fellow beanheads to Trinity, and they’ve all thanked me profusely. Thanks to Paul, I now brew a mean pourover myself (my wife is totally hooked on them), and I keep a bag of Trinity CBC whole beans in my coffee cupboard AT. ALL. TIMES. Period. Give them a try.
