Long time customer Long time customer I have been purchasing from Joe's for several years now. The shipping is fast, the selection is very good (I only/like to order beans sourced by geography and order staples-like whole beans to the occasional higher end splurge), consistent pricing, and I prefer to order direct compared to other eCommerce store fronts. I don't bother with individual bean reviews since taste is too subjective. I've never used/tried to figure out their loyalty rewards program. An area for improvement?

The green coffee beans have been roasted to a medium roast, and provide a delicious cup of coffee with a hint of chocolate taste. It reminds us of our daily cup of coffee while living in Cameroon, Africa. Thank you for sending the order via FedEx, after USPS failed to deliver the initial order! Great customer service.

Originally bought products at a market… Originally bought products at a market in Blu Ridge. Staff was friendly and their products were great! Now I order online and have it shipped. Their Georgia Pecan Pie is delicious hot or as iced coffee. And smells wonderful when it’s brewing. I might include some in Christmas boxes I ship this year.

Quality, consistency & customer focus I've been a Joe's customer for more than a decade. In the modern era, consistency of quality, efficiency and customer service rarely lasts; happily, Joe's is the exception. The coffee itself is always fresh-roasted and delicious, shipping quick & easy, and any random glitches in the Matrix over the years have been addressed swiftly and with excellent customer care. Needless to say, I'm a fan ... and expect to continue as one in the decade to come. Bravo, Joe!
