Some of the one ingredient were not as tasty. I especially appreciated the sleeping effect the CBD and camomile tea had on me. I have been having trouble with sleep for many years and a cup of tea before bed has brought that to a pleasant end.

Recently purchased Red Clover tea to possibly help with menopause symptoms. Only time will tell. However, I have enjoyed the taste a great deal. Also, my packages always arrive packed well and timely.
