Horrific customer service Horrific customer service. Ashley is an f-bomb idiot. She never responds to emails.They scam people into paying for product then Ashley sends 2 bogus courier labels. Finally after being confronted they say “oh yeah the product won’t be here (for two months”. There is no phone number to speak to anyone.

Their Matcha is not "ceremonial grade" Describing this matcha as "ceremonial grade" is an insult to tea culture. Please instead say you use the cheap chalky stuff as your base ingredient, which is the truth about your product quality. Cheers!

if it can help me sleep better I bought this product to see if it would help me sleep better. I can go to sleep without issue , its waking up later and not going back to sleep. Been drinking the hot chocolate every night now for 7 days. I do feel more relaxed and have slept better. Still waking up but going back to sleep alittle faster. The hot choc is good and I like it so easy to drink. Hopefully taking it longer will get me the full night sleep that I need.
