Extremely disappointing service I placed my order on 5/13/2022; I received my first update on 5/18/2022. This is NOT the service I expected from an on line order. I finally received my order on 5/25/2022. My order was NOT left at my front door as indicated on the FedEx tracking site. It was left at the main office. Totally disappointed in this whole process.

My Cafe Escapes Order I recently ordered Cafe Escapes, Chai Latte, from your company. I quickly received an order confirmation and then another saying my order was processed, but no information about shipping. The next day, I called and spoke to Jake. He was very friendly and helpful and assured me that my order would soon be on its way. Jake is a perfect person to be a customer service representative! He was very much appreciated. To finish my review, the order came the very next day! Excellent! Thank you!

Coffee Order Half of our order came from another supplier who’s prices were $10 less than what we paid. If we had ordered from them directly, we would have saved that much. It was very discouraging and we will be sure to check other prices next time, before we order from you again.
