Very helpful cust. service. My wife and I love this coffee! I, however, have ver little knowledge on coffee. I was tasked to buy her some, when I did, I unknowingly chose something wrong. The owner reached out to me after checkout and asked if I meant to choose fine grain. He switched it for me himself to give me the best experience with how I was preparing it. Plus the Medusa is pretty hot.
