They handled me with gracious respect and rectified the issue immediately!! The issue was totally the post offices fault!!! The products are awesome along with the BEST prices!! Had a seizure I bought this product because it was so cheap. Thought it may be a scam. Surprised when it actually arrived in the mail. I've been taking Kratom for 6 years with no problem. I ended up having a seizure and the doctor said the reason why I was because of Kratom. Maybe that's why this product is so cheap ?
