I decided to give them a shot as I was in the market for some quality kratom. I have nothing but good things to say fast processing and shipping as well as payment options made buying easy. I received White Borneo and Red Chocolate both were fresh and of high quality. Nice smell, fine grind and both strains did the job well. Lion herbs has earned a place in my rotation of vendors, give em a try, good company as well as a good product.

Kudo to Lion Herbs Absolutely beautiful customer service! After I received my tracking, the, the package got held up at the post office. And I was contacted by customer service and told that they were going to resend my package. Which they did. They weren't even going to charge me for it. Of course I contacted them and paid for it anyway when I received the second package. Quality is nice and fresh, and packaging is top notch. Also, im a small time vendor myself, but enjoy sampling and critiquing other vendors leaf. If it sucked, Id definitely say so here. Purchase with confidence, from Lion Herbs.

Never received my order Never received my order, got trackimg rlly quick but hasn't moved for over a week and USPS said the shipper only created the label, I emailed and they said they'd reship but never got another tracking or reply when I asked......I'm hoping they could resolve this! I was really looking forward to trying lion too ☹️

Great product I haven’t actually received my product yet because it’s having some shipping delays but my partner got his sample and split it with me and I was very impressed. I’ve tried about a dozen vendors and this is my top 3 for sure. Very clean stuff definitely worth trying.

I've tried a lot of different vendors… I've tried a lot of different vendors and this is the one that keeps me coming back. One time one of my bags opened in the box, they did a wonderful job getting another bag out to me. It was really some of the best costumer service I've ever experienced.
