And I was contacted by customer service and told that they were going to resend my package. Which they did. They weren't even going to charge me for it. Of course I contacted them and paid for it anyway when I received the second package. Quality is nice and fresh, and packaging is top notch. I work nightshift and I've been taking… I work nightshift and I've been taking kratom for over 3 years, I found LIONS Herbs a couple of months ago and I've ordered from them at least 5 or 6 times and I don't think I'll ever order anywhere else. Every single batch has been awesome, clean, and works great. Their customer service is awesome too, the coupon code didn't register on one order and they communicated and fix it right away and was extremely kind doing it. The shipping usually takes 2 days to get to Oregon, but with the holidays it's understandablely been a little slower this month, but still very fast. I'm very grateful I found them because there is a lot of junk on the market with fillers and metals that noone should be taking at all!
