They handled me with gracious respect and rectified the issue immediately!! The issue was totally the post offices fault!!! The products are awesome along with the BEST prices!! And I was contacted by customer service and told that they were going to resend my package. Which they did. They weren't even going to charge me for it. Of course I contacted them and paid for it anyway when I received the second package. Quality is nice and fresh, and packaging is top notch.
