Kudo to Lion Herbs Absolutely beautiful customer service! After I received my tracking, the, the package got held up at the post office. And I was contacted by customer service and told that they were going to resend my package. Which they did. They weren't even going to charge me for it. Of course I contacted them and paid for it anyway when I received the second package. Quality is nice and fresh, and packaging is top notch. Also, im a small time vendor myself, but enjoy sampling and critiquing other vendors leaf. If it sucked, Id definitely say so here. Purchase with confidence, from Lion Herbs.

I work nightshift and I've been taking… I work nightshift and I've been taking kratom for over 3 years, I found LIONS Herbs a couple of months ago and I've ordered from them at least 5 or 6 times and I don't think I'll ever order anywhere else. Every single batch has been awesome, clean, and works great. Their customer service is awesome too, the coupon code didn't register on one order and they communicated and fix it right away and was extremely kind doing it. The shipping usually takes 2 days to get to Oregon, but with the holidays it's understandablely been a little slower this month, but still very fast. I'm very grateful I found them because there is a lot of junk on the market with fillers and metals that noone should be taking at all!

Trustworthy company Trustworthy company, I had a issue with my order being very late after paying extra for expedited shipping! I flew off the handle at customer service!! They handled me with gracious respect and rectified the issue immediately!! The issue was totally the post offices fault!!! The products are awesome along with the BEST prices!! Had a seizure I bought this product because it was so cheap. Thought it may be a scam. Surprised when it actually arrived in the mail. I've been taking Kratom for 6 years with no problem. I ended up having a seizure and the doctor said the reason why I was because of Kratom. Maybe that's why this product is so cheap ?
