Trustworthy company Trustworthy company, I had a issue with my order being very late after paying extra for expedited shipping! I flew off the handle at customer service!! They handled me with gracious respect and rectified the issue immediately!! The issue was totally the post offices fault!!! The products are awesome along with the BEST prices!! I like your product, however... I like your product, however the price has been steadily increasingly and going up for your products AND shipping. I actually only purchase your products during discounts and promotions. Please reconsider going back to your original prices, and without charging so much on shipping. Thanks, Brady

I've tried a lot of different vendors… I've tried a lot of different vendors and this is the one that keeps me coming back. One time one of my bags opened in the box, they did a wonderful job getting another bag out to me. It was really some of the best costumer service I've ever experienced.

Kudo to Lion Herbs Absolutely beautiful customer service! After I received my tracking, the, the package got held up at the post office. And I was contacted by customer service and told that they were going to resend my package. Which they did. They weren't even going to charge me for it. Of course I contacted them and paid for it anyway when I received the second package. Quality is nice and fresh, and packaging is top notch. Also, im a small time vendor myself, but enjoy sampling and critiquing other vendors leaf. If it sucked, Id definitely say so here. Purchase with confidence, from Lion Herbs.
