The product packaging is very neat and professional, which is much appreciated as most shops will just put it in a Ziplock for you. And I was contacted by customer service and told that they were going to resend my package. Which they did. They weren't even going to charge me for it. Of course I contacted them and paid for it anyway when I received the second package. Quality is nice and fresh, and packaging is top notch.
