And I was contacted by customer service and told that they were going to resend my package. Which they did. They weren't even going to charge me for it. Of course I contacted them and paid for it anyway when I received the second package. Quality is nice and fresh, and packaging is top notch. They handled me with gracious respect and rectified the issue immediately!! The issue was totally the post offices fault!!! The products are awesome along with the BEST prices!! Had a seizure I bought this product because it was so cheap. Thought it may be a scam. Surprised when it actually arrived in the mail. I've been taking Kratom for 6 years with no problem. I ended up having a seizure and the doctor said the reason why I was because of Kratom. Maybe that's why this product is so cheap ?
