1 out of 5 stars for poor business… 1 out of 5 stars for poor business practices. Unlike the rest of the online commerse industry, this company still charges you shipping on RETURNS. Buyer beware. Don't buy from them u less you are absolutely positively certain you will keep their item. UNACCEPTABLE.

Purchased a Chestnut C2 Max Grinder… Purchased a Chestnut C2 Max Grinder 4/12/23. Worked great for about 3 weeks. Went to adjust the type of grind I wanted and it literally fell apart. No amount of trying to put in back together worked. Now I cannot even contact this company for a replacement. Bad company to do business with.

Scam coffee Again this company is a total scam, ordered six samples of (different )varieties.They were all very stale and all the same with fake dates printed on stale garbage coffee that smelled like cardboard! Tried to return to them and they refused to accept any return for refund.I worked as an office coffee salesman for 3 years and roasted coffee by hand with Alpine coffee. And they told me I don’t know what good coffee is ! L OL!,,
