GBNo customer service Lost my brew guide for the original signature pro, despite stating on the website "lost your brew guide, no worries" they were unable to provide me with a copy. Disgraceful that they don't support they're products after 3 years of ownership. Support staff unhelpful.

DKFlair 58 broken off piece after 4 months Hello Flair espresso I’m a European customer (from Denmark) who bought a Flair 58 and unfortunately the product is already broken. I bought my Flair 58, almost 4 months ago and as I mentioned, unfortunately it’s already broken. The lever doesn’t pull evenly anymore due to a broken off piece on the stamp that creates the pressure. The result is the pressure can’t be evenly distributed and my Flair 58 can’t make a nice espresso anymore. The material that broke appears to be very fragile since it broke after such a short period of time. This of course is very unfortunate since the Flair 58 worked well up until this point. Should I go for a full refund or is it something that can be fixed? Kind regards From a espresso lover Dina
