Hibrew should cover the return costs, but they evade me and provide no response, redirecting me to AliExpress, who, in turn, refer me back to the seller. It's very exhausting for the customer to have to repeatedly ask the same questions out of necessity because Hibrew is not taking it seriously and intentionally avoiding addressing the actual substantive questions to avoid making refunds. So, CONCLUSION? HIBREW IS UNRELIABLE! ☹️It must offer free returns because the product has a well-documented issue with a chemical industrial odor in the water.
