GBNever signed up to receive coffee from… Never signed up to receive coffee from this company. However, I have been charged twice on my credit card for $65. Charges were removed the first time but showed up again this month. I have never received, nor do I want, this coffee.

GBA coffee snob's experience I've been a coffee 'connoisseur' for decades and am very picky about my coffee. Due to stomach issues I decided to try Lifeboost whole beans. I grind my own beans and use a French press. I have pH paper and tested it after brewing some for the first time and it is much lower in acid- nearly neutral. It tastes as good as anything I've had. Yes, it's pricey and it takes a few days to arrive, but I'm on autoship, so I'm able to time shipments to correspond with my usage. I've been drinking it for many months, over a year I think, and have had no issues with customer service. Overall, a good product that I recommend.

CAThe worst coffee I have ever tasted! The worst coffee I have ever tasted! Had high hopes based on the site information but the product that arrived tasted like a dirty ashtray. I contacted them about a refund, the offered me a sample bag of another flavor with the return of 2/3 bags I ordered. If I liked the new flavor they would send new bags if not then the 30 day guarantee would be negated and I would be out all my money and would have already sent back the remaining bags. They then said I could return the 2 unopened bags for refund but they would have to arrive and be processed (which could take 7 days). With a holiday on that Monday I would not have met that deadline and they would have the coffee back and would not be refunding my money. They were zero help in finding a way to manage this situation despite their "30 day money back guarentee". I would never recommend doing business with this company, especially as a Canadian. I will be disputing the purchase with my bank, as this coffee was not cheap with the exchange rate.

GBFalse product advertising and very bad customer service I ordered 6 boxes of the Decaf Medium Roast Lifeboost Coffee for $80.00+. Buyer Beware! The coffee was was described on their website like it was a fine wine luring people in to buy their product: notes of chocolate, and so on. But the coffee had no aroma at all. And it was thin and weak, had little taste. I noted on the bottom of the boxes a white sticker '5/25'. I thought perhaps I was sold expired product. So, I contacted the company to find out. I got several replies: one stated 'yes' it was expired product and another that quickly stated 'no' its not expired product. I donated the coffee to a homeless shelter. As such, I did not ask for a refund. When I stated I would post a negative online product review to caution people from investing in this product I began to receive harassing emails from Lifeboost customer svc. They said if I had a donation receipt they would refund me for any unopened boxes. The shelter doesn't provide such receipts and I reiterated that I never asked for a refund. The harassment from customer service continued. I asked them to stop. They didn't stop. When I told them for the last time to stop harassing me a different customer service rep said they would take my comments under consideration and that was the end. So, Lifeboost does not have a good product and they have very bad customer service. Again, buyer beware.
