I was so very excited to try this… I was so very excited to try this coffee out based on their claims of being the best out there. We received the order yesterday and tried some today. It was literally the worst coffee over ever tasted. It was very dry and stale tasting like the smell of a dirty ashtray. I immediately reached out to them and was pleased they responded right away. After telling them my concerns I was made to feel like this was my fault. They very quickly made sure I was aware they any returns we at my cost and did almost nothing to rectify the situation. Bottom line... I'm disputing the purchase because I was sold something very different than what I was set to expect. I think there's a word for that...

Never signed up to receive coffee from… Never signed up to receive coffee from this company. However, I have been charged twice on my credit card for $65. Charges were removed the first time but showed up again this month. I have never received, nor do I want, this coffee.
