False product advertising and very bad customer service I ordered 6 boxes of the Decaf Medium Roast Lifeboost Coffee for $80.00+. Buyer Beware! The coffee was was described on their website like it was a fine wine luring people in to buy their product: notes of chocolate, and so on. But the coffee had no aroma at all. And it was thin and weak, had little taste. I noted on the bottom of the boxes a white sticker '5/25'. I thought perhaps I was sold expired product. So, I contacted the company to find out. I got several replies: one stated 'yes' it was expired product and another that quickly stated 'no' its not expired product. I donated the coffee to a homeless shelter. As such, I did not ask for a refund. When I stated I would post a negative online product review to caution people from investing in this product I began to receive harassing emails from Lifeboost customer svc. They said if I had a donation receipt they would refund me for any unopened boxes. The shelter doesn't provide such receipts and I reiterated that I never asked for a refund. The harassment from customer service continued. I asked them to stop. They didn't stop. When I told them for the last time to stop harassing me a different customer service rep said they would take my comments under consideration and that was the end. So, Lifeboost does not have a good product and they have very bad customer service. Again, buyer beware.

A coffee snob's experience I've been a coffee 'connoisseur' for decades and am very picky about my coffee. Due to stomach issues I decided to try Lifeboost whole beans. I grind my own beans and use a French press. I have pH paper and tested it after brewing some for the first time and it is much lower in acid- nearly neutral. It tastes as good as anything I've had. Yes, it's pricey and it takes a few days to arrive, but I'm on autoship, so I'm able to time shipments to correspond with my usage. I've been drinking it for many months, over a year I think, and have had no issues with customer service. Overall, a good product that I recommend.

Don't trust this company Don't trust this company. Their customer service is as phony as their products. I placed an order which has a shipping time of 3-5 days however after waiting for 3 weeks the order still did not arrive. Rather than replace my order, the company prefers to be combative with the customer and make excuses for the post office. They also expect the customer to wait for an indefinite time period for an order which may never arrive. They were not only resistant to reshipping the order they also did not want to refund it. This was ultimately resolved by filing a dispute with the credit card company. The only positive about this experience was I found a better quality coffee company with customer service that actually provides its customers with great service.

The worst coffee I have ever tasted! The worst coffee I have ever tasted! Had high hopes based on the site information but the product that arrived tasted like a dirty ashtray. I contacted them about a refund, the offered me a sample bag of another flavor with the return of 2/3 bags I ordered. If I liked the new flavor they would send new bags if not then the 30 day guarantee would be negated and I would be out all my money and would have already sent back the remaining bags. They then said I could return the 2 unopened bags for refund but they would have to arrive and be processed (which could take 7 days). With a holiday on that Monday I would not have met that deadline and they would have the coffee back and would not be refunding my money. They were zero help in finding a way to manage this situation despite their "30 day money back guarentee". I would never recommend doing business with this company, especially as a Canadian. I will be disputing the purchase with my bank, as this coffee was not cheap with the exchange rate.

Dishonest company: Fake followers, deleted 1 star reviews, blocked on IG & FB I gave feedback on my experience on Lifeboost’s social media page: Instagram and Facebook - since I have not had any resolution. They quickly deleted my posts, feedback and blocked me. They also filtered out the 1 and 2 star reviews I submitted to only show 5 star reviews on their website. If you check their Instagram and Facebook you’ll quickly realise that they bought the followers and likes: e.g. 20k followers on IG and only 9 likes on their last post, 80k likes on Facebook but videos only 20 views. So between the filtered out bad reviews, fake followers, and combative customer service - this company is really not authentic. They’re not looking to grow organically with a product that speaks for itself, they’re scamming people to believe they have a good product when they don’t. I definitely regret spending $150 on Lifeboost - I was fooled by the (fake) positive reviews, and (bought) strong following. My issue: My order was delayed, they refused to refund and cancel the order even when I haven’t actually received the coffee.
