GBA coffee snob's experience I've been a coffee 'connoisseur' for decades and am very picky about my coffee. Due to stomach issues I decided to try Lifeboost whole beans. I grind my own beans and use a French press. I have pH paper and tested it after brewing some for the first time and it is much lower in acid- nearly neutral. It tastes as good as anything I've had. Yes, it's pricey and it takes a few days to arrive, but I'm on autoship, so I'm able to time shipments to correspond with my usage. I've been drinking it for many months, over a year I think, and have had no issues with customer service. Overall, a good product that I recommend.

GBPoor Customer Support I purchased 8 bags of coffee (whole bean) from this company and they shipped 6 bags of ground coffee, instead of the whole bean. I contacted customer support (?) and they said to send it back and they would replace it at my expense. It was the company's fault, not mine. This is the second time this has happened with Lifeboost. First-time shame on me, second-time shame on them. The coffee is expensive and not really worth the cost, 12 ounces vice 16 ounces. There are many companies like Lifeboost that sell the same quality for $5.00 less per bag. Search the WEB, and like me you will find a whole lot of small vendors selling the same quality product. So, my advice stay away from this company.

GBFalse product advertising and very bad customer service I ordered 6 boxes of the Decaf Medium Roast Lifeboost Coffee for $80.00+. Buyer Beware! The coffee was was described on their website like it was a fine wine luring people in to buy their product: notes of chocolate, and so on. But the coffee had no aroma at all. And it was thin and weak, had little taste. I noted on the bottom of the boxes a white sticker '5/25'. I thought perhaps I was sold expired product. So, I contacted the company to find out. I got several replies: one stated 'yes' it was expired product and another that quickly stated 'no' its not expired product. I donated the coffee to a homeless shelter. As such, I did not ask for a refund. When I stated I would post a negative online product review to caution people from investing in this product I began to receive harassing emails from Lifeboost customer svc. They said if I had a donation receipt they would refund me for any unopened boxes. The shelter doesn't provide such receipts and I reiterated that I never asked for a refund. The harassment from customer service continued. I asked them to stop. They didn't stop. When I told them for the last time to stop harassing me a different customer service rep said they would take my comments under consideration and that was the end. So, Lifeboost does not have a good product and they have very bad customer service. Again, buyer beware.

GBDelicious coffee Delicious coffee -- smooth taste and no bitterness makes for a mellow morning mug with a dash of oat milk. A friend gave me a bag of the beans for Xmas. I ground them at Whole Foods and am sorry to be near the end of my supply. I've been adding honey or maple syrup to brewed coffee for years to mitigate the bitterness, but there's no need for that here. Well done!

GBI was so very excited to try this… I was so very excited to try this coffee out based on their claims of being the best out there. We received the order yesterday and tried some today. It was literally the worst coffee over ever tasted. It was very dry and stale tasting like the smell of a dirty ashtray. I immediately reached out to them and was pleased they responded right away. After telling them my concerns I was made to feel like this was my fault. They very quickly made sure I was aware they any returns we at my cost and did almost nothing to rectify the situation. Bottom line... I'm disputing the purchase because I was sold something very different than what I was set to expect. I think there's a word for that...
