GBFalse product advertising and very bad customer service I ordered 6 boxes of the Decaf Medium Roast Lifeboost Coffee for $80.00+. Buyer Beware! The coffee was was described on their website like it was a fine wine luring people in to buy their product: notes of chocolate, and so on. But the coffee had no aroma at all. And it was thin and weak, had little taste. I noted on the bottom of the boxes a white sticker '5/25'. I thought perhaps I was sold expired product. So, I contacted the company to find out. I got several replies: one stated 'yes' it was expired product and another that quickly stated 'no' its not expired product. I donated the coffee to a homeless shelter. As such, I did not ask for a refund. When I stated I would post a negative online product review to caution people from investing in this product I began to receive harassing emails from Lifeboost customer svc. They said if I had a donation receipt they would refund me for any unopened boxes. The shelter doesn't provide such receipts and I reiterated that I never asked for a refund. The harassment from customer service continued. I asked them to stop. They didn't stop. When I told them for the last time to stop harassing me a different customer service rep said they would take my comments under consideration and that was the end. So, Lifeboost does not have a good product and they have very bad customer service. Again, buyer beware.

HKDishonest company: Fake followers, deleted 1 star reviews, blocked on IG & FB I gave feedback on my experience on Lifeboost’s social media page: Instagram and Facebook - since I have not had any resolution. They quickly deleted my posts, feedback and blocked me. They also filtered out the 1 and 2 star reviews I submitted to only show 5 star reviews on their website. If you check their Instagram and Facebook you’ll quickly realise that they bought the followers and likes: e.g. 20k followers on IG and only 9 likes on their last post, 80k likes on Facebook but videos only 20 views. So between the filtered out bad reviews, fake followers, and combative customer service - this company is really not authentic. They’re not looking to grow organically with a product that speaks for itself, they’re scamming people to believe they have a good product when they don’t. I definitely regret spending $150 on Lifeboost - I was fooled by the (fake) positive reviews, and (bought) strong following. My issue: My order was delayed, they refused to refund and cancel the order even when I haven’t actually received the coffee.
