GBNightmares at Northfield… We have been dealing with Northfield branch in UK for more than a year now. And the customer service has been absolutely dreadful! They close the counter half an hour earlier and if you go an hour before closing time they make faces and go all rude! Also mess up orders. We had great experience in Bahrain but the birmingham esp northfield branch customer service is horrible

GBThis company have gone cashless which… This company have gone cashless which is a serious threat to the nations freedom. If all companies did this then all of our finances would be monitored and our money would be tracked. I urge everyone to boycott Starbucks until they allow the use of cash again.

GBFilthy and unkept Popped into Deal Starbucks yesterday. The coffee was ok, however the seating was filthy and the tables hadn’t been wiped over probably from the day before. The assistant making the coffee was complaining quite loudly to a colleague that she felt sick and stood rubbing her stomach. The toilets also left a lot to be desired, quite clearly hadn’t been checked all day and no toilet paper available either. This is a shop I have used in the past but going forward will avoid and will use the competition opposite.

GBAmazing Starbucks ladies! I went to Starbucks for the first time in forever this morning. I was having a really hard day and wanted to treat myself and my daughter. The staff at the Albert Pike Starbucks in Hot Springs AR were SO sweet to us. They went above and beyond. I don’t usually take the time to review but these ladies are amazing! I hope they get some kind of reward for being amazing! They are not just baristas today, they are the kindness we need in the world. Thank you for making my day brighter!
