Glide is continually improving the tools and experience for users. Design customizations are a bit limited which means a lot of apps look the same, difficult to make them stand out. Online resources and community tools are a bit lacking and not current, had a hard time finding solutions to the design challenges I've encountered.

Glide becomes very unstable and… Glide becomes very unstable and expensive, with many bugs not being fixed. I can't rely on plans and features that can be taken away at any moment, sometimes without warning.

I am really amazed. I am really amazed with the functionality of the Glide platform. I am new to building apps, and was recommended by an I.T. friend. Within 2 weeks I have built an impressive and functional app for a community group that I'm a part of. It looks good, works well, and is easy to update or tweak. Now that I have a reasonable understanding of how the system works, I built my son a cataloguing app for his coin collection today, and it only took about 15 minutes. There's a lot of potential to this platform. I just wish I had more reasons to build apps.

Poor support despite having a business… Poor & No support despite having a business subscription. Support was good initially. Very quick and responsive. After getting the funding round and attention was put into Glide Pages, NO response at all when support ticket is raised. Updated on 16 May 2023 There's absolute no feedback nor response when we raise support tickets. Community is fantastic but there's a limit on what they can do since the Glide Team is not responding at all.

Great experience to date Great experience to date. I came to Glide after trying many other 'low code' tools and applications. Glide was a real breath of fresh air, doing more than I needed in an easy, structured and logical way. It is a bit like a Russian Doll, the more layers you explore the more features you find, and it just keeps exceeding my expectations day by day. Looking forward to the forthcoming print / PDF plugin which will complete our application.
