GBUsed Simlex to buy €150 of BOME coin on… Used Simlex to buy €150 of BOME coin on Trust wallet. At no point was I showed the fee for the transaction. I only realised that they charged €17 after the coins were transferred into my wallet. The network fee on the transaction was only 0.02c (Sol network). Transaction fee was extortionate for such a small amount and If I had visibility of the cost before using Simplex, I would have cancelled the order. Steer clear of this provider. Rip off and no transparency.

PTI did not receive the cryptocurrencies I purchased I have already made several purchases on your platform. The purchase of usdt was made on Bitmart. I don't understand why it went to REFUND. You took the money out of my bank account and now you say it will take 24 to 72 hours to give me my money back. Support said it was a rare error. How confident do I have to make new purchases with you? Will the same happen?
