MXNone of their agents know how to solve… None of their agents know how to solve an issue with payments. I was told many different ways how my payment was gonna be resolved. They also are "partnered" with CohortGo, and their communication with each other is abysmal. Idk why so many schools and universities use this classless and poorly managed service and company.
