Stainless Steel unit works on both of our stoves!! We have the original Whirley-Pop unit with Nylon gears. I accidentally stripped one of the gears. Heather at Wabash kindly sent replacement parts and it's up and running again. In between ruining gears, I purchased the Stainless Steel unit through Walmart and we are leased with it too. The fact that it's induction compatible checks all our boxes as we have both types of stoves. Very happy campers.

Last night when I popped a bowl of popcorn there was only ONE kernal that did not pop! That's getting quality product. If you like to make popcorn at home buy the best and this, in my experience, is the best!

This model is heavier than the original models we have used. We purchased this model online. This was easy and accurate. We received the package on schedule and without problem. The theater packages are great, every kernel popped and the seasoning tasted wonderful.
