Nothing but fat.. The ordering, packaging and shipping was great. The meat arrived totally frozen. But the quality and appearance of the meat was disgusting. There was was way too much fat. A six ounce steak trimmed (before cooking), leaving a 3/8” ring of fat for cooking.averaged about 3.7 ounces per steak. If you order steaks from here, order the 24ounce steaks and you may end up with a 10 ounce steak. Possibly….

I compared 3 other bison meat companies… I compared 3 other bison meat companies and chose Buck Wild based on fair pricing and menu. Basic choices without the fluff, easy to use website. Was kept informed of delivery at each step. I like the emails with cooking tips and easy recipe ideas. The bison bacon is delicious. Can't wait to try the burgers and roast.

Great Service. Great Products One good test of a company is how they handle inevitable glitches. I was notified that there was a supply chain delay. Then, when I called for an ETA, I got live person on the second ring, who provided everything I needed to know within :45 sec. The order came as promised. And BTW: THE PRODUCT IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!

Buck wild Bison has never let me down… Buck wild Bison has never let me down as a customer for approx 3 years. The quality and flavor is outstanding. I have them on my list of favorites, which is an extremely small list.

Buck Wild is the best! I've ordered bison from lots of different vendors around the country but Buck Wild is the best. They have a wonderful selection of different products (I especially love the chip steak, which has allowed me to eat cheesesteaks again!) so I rarely eat any other kind of meat. Shipping is quick too, and their communication is great.
