Fantastic concept, packaging and menu...I am so excited to see their kits expand!! Great for beginning chefs...step-by-step recipes help to create fragrant and flavorful dishes. I grew up eating Indian food and am now fully appreciate of what each spice contributes to each item on the menu. Beautiful and practical packaging!! I had some observations and questions and was emailed promptly with explanations and answers.

Great start to a delicious easy meal! I ordered 4 different packets and they arrived quickly. So far, I have only made the Bharta, but the instructions were easy to follow, and the dish was delicious! Perfect blend of spices and the eggplant texture was silky! Can’t wait to try the others!

Love it! I ordered the winter sampler (6 kits) and received it about 1 week later. The packaging was lovely, minimal, and bio-degradable (thanks!). So far, we have tried the butter chicken and it was outstanding. We live in southern California and like spicy food, and it delivered. My husband is the cook, and while he had his doubts about pre-packaged spice-mixes (he has his pride), he was very impressed and eager to try the other kits in the sampler. Thanks!
