Great variety, but needs kinks to be worked out Variety if snacks offered was fantastic. I would have liked to be able to view more snacks/page than was offered on the website (I used my android smartphone to order). I navigated 18 pages to see the variety and navigated those 18 pages 3 times to decide on what snacks I wanted to order. The checkout process was a little confusing. Lastly, the box the items were shipped it was destroyed by the rains. I recieved the snacks in soaking wet cardboard wrapping instead of in a box.

Best snacks & Customer Service I recently hosted a virtual event where I required multiple boxes to be shipped to different locations across the United States and Canada. Jen, who handled the shipping, did an amazing job. The packages were delivered on time and looked beautiful. She even added the company logo stickers to each package, and everyone loved the snacks. An excellent option! Our company received great customer service from Simpalo Snacks as we sought to create customized gift boxes. The turnaround was quick and exceeded our expectations. Additionally, our clients loved the fact we were sending a healthy option when the holidays are filled with so much junk food. We will definitely use them in the future.
