I often have an issue with an… I often have an issue with an ingredient or two. I also don’t like how the boxes are packaged. They mix cold and dry ingredients together in a box on top of the ice packs and sometimes leads to soggy boxes and/or ingredients going back from getting wet. They also do not organize these ingredients the way they would if you ordered a “hello fresh” box. It’s just all dumped together. Recipes are good. Many unique ones require and up charge though.

On the go family Have really enjoyed our meals , every thing has been on time all the ingredients have been right and so have the recipe so far. A couple of the veggies have been a little soft but workable. Overall we have been very happy

Tomatoes are never fresh… maybe they are packaged too close to the ice. My produce, especially tomatoes are never fresh. The last week’s meals I got had a Cajun bean rice meal and it was blah…it needed something else to give it the Wow! Factor that all the other dishes have had. I love not having to come up with meal plans each week though. I’ll continue to order and see if things get better.

Just fine….. I’m diabetic, and live in a remote area of NM. So local groceries are expensive, and a drive to get to. Except for a few minor errors, i.e. missing condiments or strange packing practices, I could not be more happy with my orders. Have had no billing issues, and orders are on time. The vegetables are decent. The meats are acceptable. And the menus are 5 star. Granted the orders are a little expensive, but nothing to the local cost, travel time, and dealing with all the other shoppers, and lines…I am very pleased I am eating correctly and timely…..

The packaging is very impressive The packaging and boxing of the meals is very impressive. The recipes that are printed are great and delicious. The fruit and veggies are not always fresh though. A few have gone bad before I could cook them during the week.
