GBNot as good as it used to be We started Hello Fresh during the Pandemic and it was great. It has really went downhill since then. Most boxes are either missing ingredients, not fresh ingredients, or the incorrect recipe cards.

GBHated it Hated it. Had to put my credit card information in just to move forward and check out their menu. They wound up charging me and I never confirmed it or wanted it. Change the way people can explore your menu. Without taking credit information

GBTomatoes were rotten ground beef was so… Tomatoes were rotten ground beef was so grease soaked that we barely got 9 empanadas from this meal. I have been overall very, very disappointed in the meat products quality. I will be canceling any future orders

GBWe like most of our HF meals We like most of our HF meals, but are not thrilled with most of the options. We've been very disappointed with the lack of choice for green vegetables in the meals. We had HF about 5 years ago, and there were many more green vegetables as options then. Now it's mostly carrots & potatoes over and over. Also, when we have gotten zucchini with meals, once we got a cucumber instead, and today the zucchini we got was frozen solid, then it thawed into mush.

GBI generally like everything I really love the recipes.They are delicious and easy to make. However, the last few recipes have had spoiled or rotten produce and I was unable to finish the recipes for the meals..You all are very good with asking for feedback..but once submitted..WE as the consumer don't get the ability to receive YOUR feedback..as of now I've suspended my orders until I can be assured future orders will contain better quality products
