Cumbersome returns I am trying to return an item for refund but I have yet to hear from the second party vendor regarding return instructions.

return policies… A pot that cost 37.+dollars would cost me 28.$ to send back. Your return policies are atrocious. That is in addition to restocking fees. I gave it away to the Goodwill. No more purchases from you - ever. RJC

The product I bought is flimsy The product I bought is flimsy, poorly made, and it was surprising that anyone would sell something so shoddy.

Dishonest business practices This company advertised a 6 pack of pie servers for $8 and change which I thought was a good deal. Then charged me $15+ to ship them so considering there were suposed to be 6 pie servers I still thought it was a fair deal. When my order arrived it was only 1 pie server. Sent an email and they called me. I was told they would reach out to their supplier to find out what happend. I recieved an email response stating the supplier only sold them as a single item and I misunderstood the advertising. All that said I have a $25 pie server that is simply plastic and rusting metal. I will never use this company again. I would also recommend anyone else considering using this company to pursue alternate vendors!
