I was unable to fit one of the casters, however, because the threads that accept the caster had been stripped out when the factory bolted the freezer to the pallet. This was not the fault of WRS, of course, but they followed-up and provided an additional set of caster that could be used on the unit free of charge. I've been very satisfied.

We have purchased from Warehouse… We have purchased from Warehouse Restaurant Deals several times. Delivery is always quick and painless. The equipment we have received is of top quality and great condition. We also visit their website first before purchasing anywhere just as a price reference point if nothing else! Thanks for the great service!

I try to get to Waterbury at least once a month I try to get to Waterbury at least once a month. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The selection of smallwares has no rival. I usually take the time to walk all the aisles in search of gems. Their selection of coolers, freezers, cooking equipment or anything you can imagine is limitless. If you are a savvy shopper you will find great deals on scratch and dents or floor model equipment. If I need a quote on equipment the response time is immediate. Very happy customer!

i’m extremely satisfied with my… i’m extremely satisfied with my experience with warehouse restaurant deals. i generally don’t review stuff online, but this is a happy exception. the attention to detail from the sales team was crucial. and their insistence on getting me the best deal possible was... sorta surprising. they weren’t trying to upsell me. their honesty was apparent: with some products, they suggested a mid range option. with others, the low end option might be totally sufficient in terms of quality and they’d strongly suggest that. and where the high end option was appropriate, they’d suggest it without pressuring me. thanks to the team there.

As somebody who loves beautiful new… As somebody who loves beautiful new equipment and cooking wares, walking in to this store brings back that childhood feeling of awe when you entered a Toys R Us (RIP). There are just so many great finds, things you didn't know you needed but you definitely do, and all at exceptional prices. I came in looking for one specific item, but left with an armload, and all for less than what I'd intended to spend!
