Great Deals for Commercial Kitchen Equipment I was in the market for a commercial cook and hold oven and found that Warehouse Restaurant Deals had the oven I was looking for. I called them, asked several questions about the Alto Shaam model for sale and they immediately answered my questions and texted me useful photos. 20 minutes later, I placed the order with them for my new oven. I'd use these guys again next time I need something in the commercial kitchen industry.

Terrible customer service and a broken freezer Just a terrible experience. Took over six weeks to receive our freezer and then finally when they did deliver the freezer they dropped it off to one of our kitchen people and left. That same day I opened the box to a completely broken freezer and immediately reached out to their customer service. They said this would be a claim against the freight but that we didn’t check it before it got dropped off to our back kitchen. They filed a claim against the freight company and were denied (which took over 4 weeks). So here we are 10 weeks from ordering from warehouse restaurant deals and basically got taken for $1000. What a scam this place is!!!

Thoroughly Impressed! I contacted Warehouse Restaurant Deals months ago to inquire about Thermaco big dipper grease traps. Their customer service was great, very thorough, a quick response time, and I knew when it came time to order I would be back. Here I am 10 months later and ordering equipment. They made a great impression and I couldn't ask for more.

As somebody who loves beautiful new… As somebody who loves beautiful new equipment and cooking wares, walking in to this store brings back that childhood feeling of awe when you entered a Toys R Us (RIP). There are just so many great finds, things you didn't know you needed but you definitely do, and all at exceptional prices. I came in looking for one specific item, but left with an armload, and all for less than what I'd intended to spend!

i’m extremely satisfied with my… i’m extremely satisfied with my experience with warehouse restaurant deals. i generally don’t review stuff online, but this is a happy exception. the attention to detail from the sales team was crucial. and their insistence on getting me the best deal possible was... sorta surprising. they weren’t trying to upsell me. their honesty was apparent: with some products, they suggested a mid range option. with others, the low end option might be totally sufficient in terms of quality and they’d strongly suggest that. and where the high end option was appropriate, they’d suggest it without pressuring me. thanks to the team there.
