To Anyone who doesn't agree with… To Anyone who doesn't agree with square. Maybe you just weren't explaining your issue well enough to them and maybe your right square might not be right for you. But don't down play them on their customer service because they're awesome. Square has given me a more professional aspect to my business and has helped me grow so much. I even have credit loan offers with them. Love Square. Would totally and have recommend them to anyone!

Poor customer service practices and policies Was a square business for over a year. Crappy customer service, crappy customer policies. Not willing to do anything to help or take care of long term customers… they just want to sell more crap. Don’t buy hardware from them, it’s cheaper through Amazon or other third parties, square won’t match the price but will let you go through process of returning and ordering elsewhere… you wait forever to get a hold of someone to help on the phone and there seems to be no communication between departments within the business. Hope that $100 more on hardware was worth it…. Tired of being taken advantage of by million dollar corporations. Take your money elsewhere…
