GBShady practices and refusal to work with customer If you're considering using the subscription service called eMeals, don't do it! I signed up for what I thought was the weekly subscription at $5 a week but was charged for an annual subscription at $64.95. When I contacted them to see about a refund, they said their policy is no refunds at all. They told me I was welcome to cancel at any time but I would not get a refund. I even contacted PayPal to dispute the charges because after my initial email, I could not get a response. They responded through PayPal that they offer no refunds (but still will not reply to my emails). While I understand their policy, I was arguing that their website made it very unclear which subscription you choose and that maybe they could address this issue. They refused and just kept saying "no refunds - you agreed to our policies when you signed up." So if you, like me, thought that a service like this would be a great way to save money on your grocery bill, run away! Don't do it! They're a shady company who refuses to return emails or offer any customer service.

GBSome many options It's only $5 per month to have what seems like limitless recipes. The shopping integration and delivery along with the very easy to follow directions are a no brainer for my family. We have tried so many meals that we normally would never have come across and also we have uploaded recipes from other websites seamlessly. We're very happy with eMeals and recommend them to our friends and family often.

GBPoor customer service I signed up for eMeals a little over a year ago and it was great. The meals fit our family and helped relieve the stress of cooking from my wife. Midway through our subscription we had our 3rd kid and the recipes didn't fit us in this season of life. I forgot about the app and the subscription...until the $100 renewal charge hit our bank account. I emailed their customer service asking for help and asked if any notification of upcoming renewal had been sent. All I got back was, per our terms and conditions, you don't get a refund. Very disappointed in the coldness in which this was handled and will not recommend doing business with them. We likely would have returned to eMeals once our baby gets older and life returns to normal, but not anymore.

GBTasty variety, time saving, money saving So many meals from which to choose. Easy to follow recipes make dinner time a cinch. We've enjoyed 95% of the meals and appreciate the option to save recipes in the ap's favorites folder. Plus a custom shopping list. Plus I can review the shopping list, delete items I already have on hand, add additional items, and the list goes to Walmart, I schedule the pickup day and time, and I never need to go in the store. Time saving and money saving!

GBThe steps are simple The directions are simple. The connection to Walmart sold it for me, and keeps me using it. Even if I skip a week or two, I can jump right back into it without worry.
