They were very good at being… They were very good at being communicative with me messaging that there was a short delay, when the product was shipped and followed up once the product was delivered. Great price on the Fourth of July sale too!!

LOVE this company! I found, and fell in love, with this company a couple of years ago. The ease of ordering and selection of products are superb! I appreciate the communication about my order and I am always excited when my order arrives so quickly! My favorite is the Buttery Cinnamon Roll but I have used several other seasonings, as well...all of which are quite flavorful. All in all, Flavor God, I thank you for creating these wonderful flavors and your impeccable Customer Service!

Awesome Customer Service I was going to place an order for the Tuesday special and stopped because the shipping was too much for me to pay for such a small amount. I received a text from a live person reminding me that I left something in my cart, so I explained why I did not purchase it. She provided me with a code for free shipping which was just fantastic. I not only completed my purchase but also purchased extra items, which still would have qualified for free shipping. Going the extra mile to keep a customer happy was the icing on the cake. FLAVOR GOD, GET SOME!!!!!!

Going to be a repeat customer I ordered the flavor god coffee combo pack (not sure if that is the real name, but is a good descriptor). Ordering was easy, good communication re: updates and delivered on time and in good condition. I have only tried the strawberries and cream, but it is really good. Not overpowering-kind of "hint of strawberry". Very excited to try the others.
