Very good experience!! I ran into a shipping issue with delivery date and address which I put on the order incorrectly. I got a phone call and an email immediately and a follow up phone call and email. Great customer service!

So So I have purchased this caviar many times. A few times it was fantastic. The last couple were bad. I related this to Graham was apologized to and promised a treat (which never showed up...) Had this not been 50% off I wouldn't have tried again. My wife loves caviar and this has the potential to be good. We'll see......

Nothing fishy about the service or the product I have ordered before and will again and soon. Not inexpensive but certainly worth the cost as the caviar arrived the next day in perfect shape and was delicious. Please let Mrs. Sturgeon know she did not die in vain!

It was perfect Christmas sneaked up on me this year -- and I realized it was December 22ond and had not gotten a gift for my son's Iranian inlaws. They are wonderful people who are very particular about their caviar. I had given them BlackRiver Caviar two years ago, and they loved it. I ordered it this year, and within a day the caviar was sent. I am really grateful that BlackRiver caviar has such great service and a great product.
