Definitely "off the hoof" tender and… Definitely "off the hoof" tender and tasty ribs! Great flavor and moist...they do a mean brisket too. Sides are fantastic - slaw is crunchy with just the right "bite". I'm getting hungry just writing this.

Innovative and Delicious! We have had the ribs, brisket and pulled pork. All are excellent! We highly recommend Off the Hoof BBQ for innovative and delicious BBQ as well as great customer service!

"Good Eatin BBQ" We had the ribs, pulled pork and prime rib from "Off the Hoof BBQ" and each was awesome! Done to perfection and just some delicious eating!!! The sides and desserts were some of the best homemade southern dishes we have enjoyed!!! Try it you'll love this BBQ.
