Love getting points for ordering Love getting points for ordering! It may be coincidence but when we order via Foodler our orders seem to arrive faster and fresher. When we have had problems with a restaurant/order Foodler has responded appropriately with refunds and added point credits. The only improvements would be more selections and a tracker.

Good food delivered pretty fast The food was delicious but there was no asparagus in the salad and they called me a few times to get substitutions for our order because they were out of chicken and onion rings. I did give 5 stars because the food was cooked correctly and the portions were huge. We will try them again!

I have used this food delivery a few … I have used this food delivery a few times. Delivery takes a long time always over an hour sometimes closer to 2 hours so plan accordingly. It would be nice if the delivery person checked the order when picking up from the restaurant to verify it is correct and acceptable. I have had incorrect orders and also cold (freezing) food delivered that should have been hot.

They have excellent customer service and you as a customer are rewarded for your loyalty with great prizes such as umbrellas, coffee mugs, t-shirts, etc. and foodler bucks to use on future orders. No other company offers anything like it! If you are not satisfied with your order they resolve the problem immediately. They are absolutely the best!

Fast and Easy, Reliable Orders always make it. Delivery times appear to be estimates from Foodler and not of the place. I have regular places I order and generally know what to expect for timing, so it doesn't bug me. Being a service, I really appreciate that the website and app are always FAST to use.
