Deceptive order practices This company does not ship orders in a timely manner...does not tell anyone ahead of time they can't deliver promptly....blames late deliveries on some Fox tv show that aired multiple years ago....does not respond to requests for information regarding late orders nor do they provide a valid way of contacting them when orders are not shipped....sends generic email each week saying the orders are shipping this week but order does not go out. But...they do take your money immediately after placing order.

A delicious alternative to the same old gift basket... A delicious product and a welcome change from the usual gift basket or meat gift for loved ones during the holidays. Customer service and communication have been excellent. The owner, Ed, takes personal responsibility for customer service and takes care of his customers in a way that is rare in this day and age of out-sourced "service". Don't be surprised if the owner calls you himself to discuss your order... that is the way he does things. Just the way grandma use to make! Due to dental surgery, I couldn’t really chew solid foods; my office daughter gave me a gift card to DesDamSoup. I order the Vegetable, Navy Bean and Chicken (extremely tender) Soup with pasta and all of the soups were delicious. As I was enjoying the "Moment" it took me back to a time when I wasn't feeling well, my grandmother would make a bowl of soup, and said "This will make you feel better." And it did. Thanks to my office daughter and DesDamSoup for taking me back in time for a very special memory.

Long time customer I have been a customer for many years. I often choose to give different items as gifts and they are always a big hit. Recently I purchased several different products for myself and I could not be happier. Everything is tasty and simple to prepare. Kids especially love all the different choices!
