The sausage is phenomenal, and if you take as much care in packing and shipping your product as you do in making it, you'll get it from me next time. The meat was at a questionable temperature, and the packaging / labels were falling apart from being water soaked. The "ice" packing you provided was sub-par. Hopefully you're making adjustments. You haven't lived until you've tasted… You haven't lived until you've tasted baconfreak bacon. It will make your head swim in baconey goodness. This stuff is far better than store bought bacon and worth every penny. Our favorite is the jalapeno bacon. It has a little zing to water your eyes, which will already be rolling around the back of your head from the flavor. Just get some. You won't be disappointed.

Great customer service with issues I ordered a few items for some upcoming birthdays ... when I received the order there was one item missing and the Bacon Freak Gift box was also left out. I left a message, last evening(Thurs) and this morning Christa called back to advise she'd have the items out on Monday! Gracious and direct, really appreciated ... Not to mention fabulous products - think we've converted quite a few friends & acquaintances to the bacon salt & bit recipes we've served through our catering business!

Bought this as a gift Bought this as a gift, bacon as a gift... HECK YEA? The ordering, tracking, confirmation and insanely quick delivery was almost therapeutic it was so easy. Can't wait till I order some for myself; and, yes, the recipient couldn't believe bacon could taste like that.

Poor Customer Service Web site said 10% off but wouldn't apply. Also offered Pancake package free with order of certain amount. I was also not provided that at check out. Emailed and was told they would look into it, that was over a week ago, order has arrived and no discount or free offerings provided as well as no response. So unfortunately, I was really excited to have found Bacon Freak but the service is not worth future dealings at this point.
