Lovely view ! Great vibe, amazing food! As I walked into PH 808, I was instantly drawn to the view. It was so massive and beautiful, completely took our breath away. The hostess was very friendly and had a very positive vibe. We told her our reservation and were seated shortly. Our server, was awesome! He gave us the best recommendations and checked in on us frequently. As for the food my friend and I were blown away! I have the filet mignon and she had the prime rib eye. Super delicious and worth the money spent! I am most definitely going to come back, especially in the the spring/summer when the roof top is open!

Great Experience, Great View, but felt rushed Great Experience, Great View, but felt rushed. Party of 10 - seating was too close together. Music was great, but a little loud. After dinner we stayed for the lounge then the bouncer came and told us we all have to go downstairs to get stamped, we asked if we had to pay to get back in - he didn't know. There's a lot of average rating out there for Penthouse 808 and that's exactly what it is.

Great atmosphere, food, and service! But... The only thing I would change, is the music! You need to really take a look at your patrons on any given night and at various times of the evening to see the age group. Playing loud club music at 6:30pm when you have middle aged customers, does not show this business to be in tune with who is in there restaurant at any given time. I have mentioned this to the manager...I do enjoy Penthouse 808 very much and always bring friends and family from out of town, but I do wish they would make an effort regarding this issue. The night I was there on an early evening, we could not carry on a conversation, and so we ate our delicious meal, but did not choose to linger over dessert, coffee, after dinner drinks because of the loud music. I felt a little embarrassed by it, and l longed for a classier atmosphere with jazz, to match the rest of the experience. If they can get this right, 5 stars for sure!

Outstanding Venue On September 6, 2014, we held our ceremony, cocktail our and reception all at Penthouse 808 at Ravel Hotel and had the most amazing experience all around. We had the great pleasure of working with Mark, and Jordann mainly and they truly made our dreams come true for our big day. The patients and kindness that we experience from each staff member was incredible. The venue itself was exquisite with it's breath taking view. No detail was spared and the space was used very well. The Food and all the 'specialized beverages ' were phenomenal. We have many guest still talking about the above and it is now a month later. Our overall experience was absolutely perfect and would recommend this venue to everyone.

Amazing food, views, staff, and service! I became interested in Penthouse808 for my boyfriends 30th birthday brunch- it was one of the few places that would accommodate my large party, total of 27 invites. I was skeptical about reserving bc I wasn't sure how the food would be and there weren't many reviews or images of brunch food online. We were completely blown away by the deliciousness! Brunch was served family style and we had a pre-fix menu at $28 per person. Items included yogurt with fruits, Cesar salad, and cheese/mushroom/truffle pizza for starters. Entrees included scrambled egg crostini, waffles with delicious banana topping, french toast stuffed with marscapone and ricotta cheese and then coated with crispy frosted flakes, and sliders. Sides included bacon, fries or frites as they call them, and English muffins. It felt like a never ending feast. We ordered white sangria bowls for $30 which served about 20 glasses. They also had a live jazz musician which set a nice mood. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect 30th bday celebration. The day was beautiful and the view was amazing. Would recommend this to anyone. I consider myself a picky person in regards to a venue location and food but it was beyond my expectations. I also decided to check them out for dinner and once again was not disappointed. Had rock shrimp, wings, sushi speciality roll and the rib eye entree which was more than enough food for two. Be sure to check out the deck on the upper level for the best pics!
