I love that I can offer a quick easy way for my clients to add smoothies full of great vitamins and minerals into their every day healthy habits. I will give you 5 stars for sure when some of your varieties offer at least 75% veggie to 25% or less of fruit as a better alternative to my nutrition coaching clients. As it is now, I suggest they add veggies like cucumber, alternative greens and red peppers or whatever they have on hand by at least a cup and adjust water as needed or add coconut water in addition to get to the consistency they enjoy - Thank you for all you do!!

I like to put a sweet n low packet in mine brings a little more sweetness in the smoothies delites and fusions also some unsweetened almond milk in the smoothies and delites. Product is of excellent quality Product is of excellent quality. Delivery has been in a timely manner even with covid. Before I started with Frozen Garden I was discarding too much produce. That proved to be quite expensive. No doubt I am eating more healthy with no wasted produce. Easy prep is very appreciated.
