As a three generation family operated business, our children and grandchildren have been born and raised on the ranch to learn the hard work, dedication, and passion that goes into our product. 100% all Natural Buffalo Meat, locally produced and supplied. With one phone call in 1996, we purchased 3 buffalo calves to add to our then exclusive cattle ranch. Through years of time, travel and investment, our herd of over 700 has earned top honors winning more than 300 trophies at the U.S. National, Canadian National, State and Regional top Bison Show & Sale competitions. Together with our sister company Snyder Land, Bridger Valley Buffalo Company markets the buffalo products, while Snyder manages the sale and breeding of our quality stock.

Love the quality of meat Love the quality of meat. The only thing we find that could be done differently, if possible, is a way of packaging when it takes a few days for delivery. It took 3 days for our buffalo to arrive and it was all thawed. This has happened twice.

Excellent buffalo We just received our shipment...on time and well packaged. The buffalo was beautiful. We ate tenderloins the next night and you could almost cut them with a regular knife. OUTSTANDING !
