I’ve to be honest I’ve to be honest, and I’m impressed with this innovation. I’ve never imagined eating squared portions of food, perfect for my weight control, already cooked and seasoned. My favorite meal plan it’s the lifestyle because you get to try different flavors at an excellent price.

Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. First order was lost in shipping. Said they would resend it. A few weeks later I had to contact them for a refund. Also automatically enrolled in an automatic subscription thing that I had contacted them to cancel, but didn’t until after the amount was withdrawn already…a week after contacting.

Amazing! In my everyday tracking, my calories are a must! And these squares really made it easy for me! Perfect square portions for lunch and dinner. Easy to prepare, saving me at least an hour daily, and they taste excellent!! My favorite squares are the sweet potato and the vegan burger, 5 min in the air fryer, and VOILA!

I Found Squareat online and discovered The Hazelnut and Pistachio Square flavors. For an ice cream texture, I leave it in the freezer for 5 minutes, and it is ready to eat. So delicious!

Real food, tasted good. The food was real food, just ground up & formed into squares. It tastes fine but for some, the texture might be a little off-putting. For example, the rice was just a gelatinous mass. Little pricey for every day consumption but, does work well for a work meal. It also works well for special diets or weight loss since the portions are controlled.
