Lastley the term "Wild caught " is very deceiving. I eat a lot of salmon but no more of this company.

impenetrable casing of Salmon Sausage. Imagine my embarrassment when my guests started pulling pieces of rubber from their mouths after I had served them Salmon Sausages. It wasn't rubber but the casing was so chewy that it seemed like it. I peeled the sausages after they had been collected but by then it was too late. No one was interested in reheated but peeled sausage. One friend pulled out a twenty and gave it to a grandson with the remark, "Next time we come for dinner, get to McDonald's and bring back fish sandwiches".
