GBTerrible Customer Service at Times Minus 5-stars for Bulkfoods.com & 8-4 hours are bizarre! CS reps have an attitude & could care less about being responsive! Products are outstanding though, so worth a look - note other negative reviews about customer service.

GBCheap Emergency Shelf Food To Leave To Rot On Shelves I've purchased large amounts of emergency food in 2009 I put in storage having vacuum packed them and again recently for the same purpose. All of the foods I've bought don't taste very good at all. After a gluten free fruit and nut cereal and fruit granola tasted really bad (they used sulfur dioxide in one of them) I thought it was a fluke, that is until I tasted their chicken soup base. The powder was full of so much salt, 260 mgs and I had only put 1 1/4 teaspoon based on directions into a cup of water to sample it. It was horrific and inexcusable. I will never ever purchase food from these people again and I'm very serious about how bad an experience it has been.

GBI love the Christmas Tins!!!! Each Christmas our company sends gift tins to each employee. I was able to get all the gift tins we needed from Bulk Foods, and they even let me choose what items I wanted in each tin! Not only is the selection great, but the tins are beautiful.

GBGreat Product and Price I work in marketing, and often bring candy or nuts to my clients. After searching online for a company that sold candy and nuts in bulk, I found Bulk Foods! They have a wide variety of wrapped candies that are perfect for using as a token of appreciation to my clients. I was not able to find a better deal anywhere else.

GBBulkfoods.com botched my order; were callous, unresponsive and unhelpful I discovered a ship to address problem just hours after I placed an order with Bulkfoods.com (they were prepared to ship to an address I never indicated on their order page). So I immediately called them, spoke with David who refused to help in any way ("we are going home for the day. We're closing"). When I begged he said it would be taken care of the next day. I followed up with an email to Bulkfoods.com detailing the problem, & the needed resolution. Bulkfoods.com responded via email saying that they would not rectify the problem, would ship to the address I had indicated, which is not true, & that they would charge me to make any changes. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money which they have refused to do. The problem that had arisen was easily correctable, but the representatives of Bulkfoods.com were callous, unreceptive, and unwilling to hear or to help, though intervention on their part would have quickly resolved what is now a significant matter-- one in which I the consumer, and their would be customer, have been slighted and am being ask to bear the burden for multiple negligences on the part of Bulkfoods.com.
