Withholding Tips Age Discrimination Since yesterday 4/26/24 grub hub refused to pay me my tips from 4 deliveries and lies saying instant cash out is inoperative They are scum bags. I have no food Gas or shelter now. I have only used instant cash out and by the time my bank sends me money I will have filed complaints with Department of Labor I’m also 60 years old and filing age discrimination. My tips should have been given instantly not held Updated This am 4/28/24 I was graciously sent 28$ of the 48 owed after threatening discrimination Grub stub and door rash thinks my delivery money is theirs. They withheld for 2 days and still owe me 20 dollars Also of note if you don’t want your food missing tip appropriately. A 50$ order is 10$ tip 20% like a restaurant and no we don’t go looking through apartments and high rise buildings for 3 dollars . Put on your Jamie’s and go get your food in the lobby Grb stub you are fired 🖕🏻

My second and many to come This was my first experience using Grub Hub and I am glad I did. The driver was awesome, My food was hot and it came in a timely manner. I will keep using them for my food deliveries.

HORRID PUTRID Bait and Switch practices HORRID PUTRID disgusting bait and switch tactics. They refused to honor an offer that was on the site. Complete bait and switch. I sent screenshots of both the offer and my qualifying order. They made up their own rules and interpretations for not honoring the offer. I asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times and could not be connected. This company is the epitome of incompetency and selfishness.

Worst service ever Worst service ever! How do you mistake Burger King with dromamine! Second time this person delivered to our home and never again! Took 40 minutes on a call to get our money back and they still offered 10$ off our next meal! Seriously! We just want our food!

Things I like, and don't like abt Grubhub I find it very easy to order on Grubhub. I do wish there were options for ordering something well done, or something like that. Also, when it is later in the evening, and there may not be anyone around to deliver, then they should not have places listed to order from. I have had a few problems with that. I do like that they save previous orders so that the next time I've placed an order it is very convenient to just add my customized order off the menu.
