I visit the Farm Food Store in Bridlington. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I visited the Farm Food Store in Bridlington last week. It was my first shop with this Company. I was very impressed with the spacious layout and food quality. The staff were amazing, Liam and Simon were very helpful and greatly supported me with my shop.

I’m an ex-employee the store I worked… I’m an ex-employee the store I worked at was one of the busiest in the whole company. They give the staff half hour at the end of the shift to clean up, on countless occasions the fire door has been locked during trading hours colleges smoke vapes in the bathroom. Everytime you go to your line manger and request holiday he gets moody the management team are full of kids and the store generally is a child team working. On more then one occasion I have put out defrosted stock for customers to buy the hygiene is disgusting with bugs climbing up the wall. The bathroom has silverfish in it which is disgusting for employees and disgusting customers to use.

3/4 of all the meat is halal Out of all the meat in the freezers,nearly all of it on close inspection of the packaging,was halal,this should be clearly marked on the freezers or the aisles,like other shops. I don't want halal and I could have eaten it without knowing, this would cause considerable distress to me,just as it would if a Muslim ate non halal. I emailed customer services with this issue but they weren't interested

Great Place To Shop Groceries etc. Visited Farmfoods catterick garrison on 9th April and was delighted with the variety of products offered. The store layout was very easy to find products, and very tidy. The staff helpful, and I would reccomend everyone looking to fill their larder to definitely check out this store. The manageress there was also very helpful, as I accidently left my mobile phone there, and she went out of her way to contact me when it was found in the shop, and made sure I ws able to retreive it.
